This meticulous process involved carefully detaching the structure, transporting it several miles north, and resetting it onto a new semi-oceanfront foundation. By relocating the existing home, the clients were able to preserve a beloved structure and give it a new, protected life, while simultaneously freeing up the valuable original site for the construction of a custom, modern oceanfront residence.
